Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a safe and flexible return policy — in line with Norwegian consumer law — along with a free trial period for subscriptions.

When you order the Aliva Oral Hydration System, you get a 14-day free trial. This gives you the opportunity to test the product risk-free.

If you’re not satisfied, you can return the product at no cost within the trial period.

The mouthpiece you used during the trial should not be returned, and you will not be charged for it. However, any unused mouthpieces included in the package must be returned along with the main device.

You always have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. This applies to both one-time purchases and products other than the Aliva Oral Hydration System. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

For hygiene reasons, used mouthpieces cannot be returned. The seal on these products must be unbroken in order for the return to be accepted.

For returns made after 14 days and outside the trial period, a return handling fee of NOK 99 will be charged to cover part of the shipping and processing costs.

1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
2. Register your return under “My Account” in the Customer Portal at aliva.no.
3. You will receive an email from us with return instructions, a prepaid return label, and a QR code
4. Drop off the package at your nearest post office or delivery point.

Returns are typically processed within 7 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. For partial returns, only the value of the returned items will be refunded

When you subscribe, you get a 14-day free trial. After the trial, a 3-month binding period begins. You may cancel the subscription after this period. However, you can still return individual shipments during the subscription period in accordance with the return policy outlined above
